Greet customer and help them to use/buy Toyota Quality Service and Genuine Parts Maximize customer traffic in workshop with high retention rate Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service Use system to find connect parts number and check parts stock availability Prepare quotation for both parts and service Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properly Issue invoice for customers after completed repairing Record lost sales for both parts and service availability Handle customers’ complaints based on fact Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales Do the follow-up call to all pending product proposals and quotations and update the report to supervisor Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Perform search engines, networking, meeting arrangement, direct visit, and identify potential prospects and lead generation to increase sales volume. Approach, engage, collaborate, build and maintain strong relationship with new prospect, clients, contacts, acting as primary point of contact and taking perfect care of each customer/client's concerns, complaints, and grievances. Assist manager in conducting customer insights, market trend analysis to understand each account's preferences, customer behavior, market information, anticipate future needs, develop solutions that meet their requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Prepare vehicle test drive, and product presentation and assist customers to select the right vehicles that match their requirements. Perform vehicle delivery, sold-out documentation, payment collection, and post-sales follow up to customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market situation, vehicle model trend, competitor's price and stock situation, industry development and our own product and service knowledge and propose idea to gain competitive advantage to management. Drive sales by up-selling, cross-selling, and create value chain business opportunities with them. Maintain good customer database, and update from time to time to ensure data accuracy in system. Support in hosting events and sales-related events. Prepare, review quotations, sales contract, bidding documents, sales proposal, reports, internal and external letters.
