Identify and approach potential merchants or clients through field visits, referrals, or inbound leads. Pitch company services, conduct initial screenings, and assist with the onboarding process. Ensure all documentation, forms, and KYC/AML requirements are complete and compliant. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., risk, legal, operations) to ensure smooth and timely onboarding. Serve as the first point of contact for newly onboarded merchants or partners during the initial activation phase. Provide support related to platform usage, transactions, training, and issue resolution. Monitor performance during the early stages of the merchant lifecycle and flag issues to relevant teams. Maintain accurate records of acquisition activity and onboarding progress in CRM or internal systems. Gather feedback from partners and escalate improvement opportunities to product or operations teams. Assist in preparing acquisition and performance reports for management.
Develop strategy for Digital Partnership. Liaise with payment gateway and benefit of digital partnership to align with new digital product and services. Write a plan, strategy and achievement to control on digital partnership to delivery product and complete on target agreement follow the plan. Manage Manual, procedure and digital partnership products/services profitability and growth. Create and maintain documentation on partnership agreement and processes. Manage new client implementations digital partnership implementations handling all associated interactions with processors and other third-party providers. Work with sales and marketing team on sale target and marketing related activities including campaign and promotional to promote digital partnership. Work closely with the Compliance, Risk and Strategy & Planning team to roll out new projects/procedures. Review and handle reported complaints and issues related Digital Business products/service. Perform basic troubleshooting and handle the operations of different systems / applications, and report any errors or bugs and participate in work around and applying solutions.
Create effective referral networks relationships with internal staff, existing customers, business networks group, to broadly promote and sell the Banks’ products and services. Identify target customers and acquire new customers (individual and corporate) through established network referrals, sourcing, and meeting the customer. Understand customer’s needs and challenges to recommend customer a banking’s products and services that most fit. Cross selling to customer other products and services. Create and maintain good relationship with customers, provide customers with convenience and friendly services. Study competitors’ pricing, products, and services, and how they are performing, make an effective plan to gain the market share. Participate in the bank’s marketing and acquisition campaigns to promote and sell the products and services. Coach and train the new hires AM, Deposit Relationship. Daily schedule to meet clients. Reporting Daily, Weekly, Monthly. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Provide inputs in the development of annual plan of action for business development which aligned with WBC’s business plan . Prepare SMART project proposals of design, pilot test, and roll-out of initiated/ refined financial and non-financial products/ services, delivery mechanism, and market studies/ researches. Identify initiative concept for future innovation of non-credit product implementation. Implement the assigned plan of actions of business development department. Lead in product pilot-test, roll-out for both new product development and existing product refinement. Develop non-credit manual, process and procedure, guideline, instruction of new product development and product refinement . Continuously update related guideline of product/service, savings processes and procedures in order to ensure effective and smooth business operations. Analyze performance trend of the MFIs/MDIs industry and the offered products/services. Review existing product/service strategies and their delivery mechanism, in consultation with operations team and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure the meet of current client’s needs and demands. Develop business requirement and test case for enhancement of project and act a key tester for both SIT and UAT. Support strongly to all provincial branch offices to ensure the right track and corrective manner for implementation of policies, processes and procedures. Being a key trainer for Operations Division to provide related training topics to Operations Team, especially all released savings policies, process, and instruction/guidelines.
Identify the targeted customer and promote the International Remittance (OTT and ITT) to those customers. Distribute the brochure on any promotion to customer at site. Implement the assigned strategy by the International Trade at HO. Work corporately with BM and SO for marketing purposes. Sale any designated related product such as LC/BG. etc. Commit to do cross sale on other bank products such as CASA, FDA, Mobile banking registration, KHQR merchant, Loan, and other products. Refer interested customers to the specialist person respectively. Follow up the referral to the completed deal. Provide quick support to the RO/BO on technical function on site. Perform any assigned tasks by line manager. Join all the assigned training courses. Be able to train to end-users.
Work/develop on Enterprise Service Bus framework to provide APIs or functionalities for related internal teams. Review project proposal or business requirement document and estimate the timeline and provide recommendation. Analyze and troubleshoot the issues using various tools and techniques. Analyze the security vulnerability of the services. Configure/integrate API gateway to support business requirement and system goals. Work closely with business team and related teams to achieve the goal of the project. Work and troubleshoot the problems that are reported by dispute team and MIS team. Monitor/review API management policy and access list. Monitor the services daily using various platforms and frameworks. Develop skill and knowledge in role and responsibility. Work with IT Operations to analysis resource both Hardware (H/W) and Software (S/W) requirement to support the growth of the business operation. Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

To implement/maintain e-banking system such as internet banking, swift and other payment system. To implement and update security on internet banking system and other e-banking system. To provide timely system support to the end users in regard to card system inquiries/issues to ensure smooth card operations. To prepare/manage SIT, UAT and Pre-production activities with vendor and project stakeholder. To record daily issue in ITSM system, which are reported by customers, branch user, and update issue status for further keep track and analysis of the issue for improvement. To manage and monitor system service and make sure service run smoothly. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Provide quick support to the RO/BO on technical function on site. Promote Unsecured loan for Cambodian worker and provide payment instruction via ITT. Promote International Remittance at RO/BO level by onboarding the targeted customer. Perform any assigned tasks by line manager
Establishment and Improvement of Credit Management Policy. Monitor and ensure the development for Enhancement of Credit Operation Process and Procedure. Monitor and Lead the Management of Loan- Related System (T24, Tablet, CBC & Other In- house System). To recover all Delinquent and Write-Off Loans by specific allocation. To provide support, leadership and technical support to field team (MLRO, LRO, CO, BM, DBM, RM) on recovery actions in order to effectively manage credit recovery and written off loans, as well as manage and mitigate Credit Risk with Risk Department and Operation Department. Review loan to propose action to pre-court case and court cases request against default clients which is part of the recovery effort. Organize and set up recovery activity plan with Senior Manager/ Manager, Loan Recovery to improve or manage delinquent and Write off loans which are following the Credit Division Work with relevant departments (e.g. Accounting and Finance) to identify classification of asset quality to save Provision, and accumulation of the allowance for bad debts. To manage loans to align with the strategic direction of the institution. Review and approval of loan application. Credit analysis and credit scoring system regarding borrowers. Management of approved process running smoothly and efficiency. Management of limit of total exposure for a single client or a single associated entity borrowers. Monitor LOA implementation compared to LOA decision and make proposal to relevant C-level for further decision on LOA Tasks relating to the Credit Committee To provide a course-tailored training on how to effectively assess loans to relevant staff by working closely with training team, relevant Working with the Loan Policy Department and other relevant departments to review and develop relevant approval processes, procedures, forms, policies and so on to make them simpler and effective. Implement of scoring system for LOA decision related to DBM, BM, AMCAA and SMCAA. Provides leadership to personnel through effective objective setting, training, delegation, and communication.
