Responsibilities:
• Teach Khmer subjects and manage a team of Khmer teachers to ensure overall teaching quality
• Prepare, develop, and update the Khmer language curriculum in accordance with school policies
• Provide guidance and support to Khmer teachers in lesson planning, teaching practices, and classroom management.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to improve learning outcomes
• Coordinate teaching schedules, meetings, and other collaborative work of the Khmer language group
• Communicate with guardians to provide information on student learning if necessary.
• Participate in school events and other activities related to the Khmer language.
• Perform other teaching-related tasks and responsibilities as needed and requested.
