To support its rapid business expansion, LOLC is looking to recruit the following personnel:

Location: All branches - across 25 provinces and capital

A. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans
• Evaluates small and medium-sized enterprise loans, personal loans, and consumer goods loans to ensure that the loan provision is in line with customer needs and repayment capacity.
• Ensure the growth of the credit portfolio for which it is responsible and instill credit discipline in customers.
• Make investment for customers
• Encourage customers for timely repayment
• Monitor the status of overdue debts daily and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Must pay into the company on the same day after receiving money from the customer or through an agent.
• Retain customers and reduce churn
• Establish good relationships with customers and local authorities
• Must comply with the company's credit policy and other policies.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Financial Services Sales Consultant.

B. Required competencies :

• At least a high school diploma (Baccalaureate) or a college degree in any field.
• Have knowledge related to financial services.
• Experience in loan management with microfinance institutions will be preferred.
• Experience in sales, promotion, and market research is better.
• Priority will be given to candidates/women residing in the above recruitment operations area of ​​LOLC.
