Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent service delivery for our customers in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day needs.
● Build strong relationships with clients to understand goals, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction.
● Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support revenue growth and account expansion.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and smooth account operations.
● Prepare account updates, track performance, and share insights to improve client outcomes.
● Support contract renewals, negotiations, and project follow-ups to maintain long-term partnerships.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in a client-facing role.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and service-oriented thinking.
● Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools; good English communication skills are an advantage.
