Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To plan, supervise, and coordinate subordinates in the preparation and review of GL accounts and reconciliation.
  • Do Weekly bank and cash reconciliation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial report
  • Training, development, and motivating accounting staff into professional accounting personnel.
  • Control AR and AP staff to make sure record on time and accuracy
  • Initiate actions/plans to safeguard company assets through risk analysis, machine analysis, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare all accounting statements and reports, e.g., monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
  • Assist the Manager in producing financial reports and management reports as needed.  
  • Control Fixed Asset Listing, Fixed Asset physical count, and depreciation.
  • Assign Staff for Stock count and Do Stock listing  
  • Study financial procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from university in accounting, finance, or / related field
  • Experience of at least 2-5 years as an accountant Supervisor is required
  • Good knowledge of the accounting program quick book, Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Macro, and VBA
  • English language proficiency in both speaking and writing, and Chinese is a plus.
  • Must be honest, willing to work hard in motivation team
  • Good attitude, friendly and positive, big smile, the art of courtesy, and an accounting-oriented person.
  • Good teamwork and patience
  • Dynamic, highly committed, and able to work under pressure
