Job Summary
Nippon Paint Cambodia is seeking a motivated professional to oversee key account and site operations in Phnom Penh. This role supports customer growth, project coordination, and on-site execution to ensure quality service and strong business results.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
● Coordinate site activities, project progress, and service delivery with internal teams.
● Monitor customer needs, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to support satisfaction.
● Ensure on-site work follows company standards, safety practices, and project timelines.
● Prepare reports, update stakeholders, and support sales growth through account development.
● Work closely with contractors, applicators, and partners to achieve successful project outcomes.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in account management, site supervision, or project coordination.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Good understanding of construction site operations and customer service standards.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear reports and updates.
● Experience in manufacturing, paints, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
● Based in or willing to work in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon.
