- Control AR and AP staff to make sure record on time and accuracy
- Prepare all accounting statements and reports e.g. monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
- Assist the Manager in producing the financial reports and management reports as needed.
- Control Fixed Asset Listing, Fixed Asset physical count and depreciation.
- Study financial procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in any other accounting activity required or delegated by the supervisor/Manager.
