Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Check, approve, and confirm purchase orders to ensure all criteria in PO are completed.
Create voyages and create AP invoice Journals in D365 for landed cost transactions.
Prepare the Master Summary Costing on a monthly basic to make sure all data is included.
Create new SKUs and update pricing to ensure consistency between DMS and D365.
Control and manage the fixed asset process from registration to disposal.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
Perform other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in English communication, including both written and spoken skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a strong advantage.

• Good team management and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
