Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

    • Pre-flight preparation, including flight briefing and creating flights in the system.
    • Briefing check-in agents and monitoring counter operations during opening and closing.
    • Observing customer service and problem-solving.
    • Briefing boarding staff and monitoring boarding gate operations.
    • Confirming boarding times with cabin crew.
    • Responding to items left behind and confirming Lost & Found for baggage status.
    • Overseeing apron activities and monitoring Ground Handling Agent (GHA) positions.
    • Ensuring ramp operations adhere to safety regulations.
    • Acting as the airline's representative and reporting to the Airport Service Supervisor.
    • Monitoring flight close operations by the GHA supervisor.
    • Ensuring Movement (MVT) messages have been sent.
    • Maintaining good working relationships with team members.
    • Following airline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Respecting and following tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

    • Graduated of bachelor’s degree in English, International Relation, relating field
    • Good in English and Chinese
    • At least 22 years old
    • Strongly in Problem solving skill
    • Good interpersonal skill
    • Demonstrate reliability and honesty.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Willing to work as a team.
    • Flexible and being able to adapt to changes and new challenges.
    • Can-do attitude.
    • Chinese candidate has provided priority
