The job includes welcoming and assisting guests, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages, maintaining the reception area's tidiness, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, organizational skills, and professionalism, as the officer is the first point of contact for an organization. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Guest & Visitor Management:

Greet visitors, manage access, and direct them to the appropriate therapist.

  • Communication:

Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries via phone, social media, or in person.

  • Administrative Support:

Handle incoming & outgoing mail/deliveries, maintain office inventory & perform clerical duties.

  • Scheduling:

Update calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and other reservations.

  • Reception Area Maintenance:

Ensure reception area is clean, tidy, and well-equipped.

  • Security:

Follow safety procedures and control access to the spa.

Job Requirements

  • Communication Skills:

Able to speak English, Chinese or Vietnamese in addition to Khmer. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff. 

  • Customer Service Skills:

A friendly, professional, and courteous, able to provide excellent service to guests. 

  • Organizational Skills:

Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining a tidy workspace. 

  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (e.g., phones, printers, fax machines). 

  • Professionalism:

A professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor. 

  • Problem-Solving & Multitasking:

The ability to be resourceful, proactive, and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
