Job Summary
Dynamic sales leader to drive growth for Ganzberg Snow in Phnom Penh, building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and supporting the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, and brand presence across key channels.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business clients.
● Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales actions.
● Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
● Coach and support sales staff to improve productivity, service quality, and team performance.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in food and beverage.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to meet targets, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Good understanding of the Phnom Penh market and customer channels.
● Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear sales reports.
● Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
● Flexible to travel within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas as needed.
