Job Description

  • Study client’s requirement and provide optimal logistics operating solutions.
  • Work closely with operations to identify any out-of-scope requests, generate change request forms and update standard operating procedures.
  • Be the key point of contact between business and its clients, building strategic partnerships, 
  • overseeing business performance to strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date client profile with contract expiry dates and perform contract renewal with clients nearing to the expiry dates.
  • Be able to negotiate rates and service scopes with existing clients.
  • To support implementation of projects handover, and on occasion, take the lead to develop and cross-functional implementation of value-added supply chain solutions.
  • Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations team to drive suppliers and operation teams across all areas of responsibility ie lead times, complaints, escalation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience or track records of past secured accounts and positive sales performance
  • Proficient in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc
  • Strong in analytical skills
  • Customer oriented
  •  Senior Manager - Commercial
  •  Key Account Manager
  • Working Experience & Knowledge / Technical Skills Preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience within a similar position in the logistics industry is preferred
