Job Description

  1. Drive developer participation and sponsorship sales, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-value partners for the awards and event ecosystem.

  2. Manage and maintain good relationships with Cambodian property developers, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation.

  3. Take ownership of sales targets, actively contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the events portfolio.

  4. Coordinate the nomination, submission, and judging process, ensuring deadlines, communications, and stakeholder requirements are managed smoothly and consistently.

  5. Drive high-value sponsorship and partnership deals with developers and industry partners to support the awards and scalable event formats such as the Connect event series

  6. Assist in the rollout of new real estate event concepts by executing go-to-market strategies and providing feedback on pricing and market viability.

  7. Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and post event results, using CRM and internal tracking tools.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within property, real estate, media partnerships, or event sales.
  • Familiarity with the Cambodian property developer landscape
  • Strong business development skills with experience in negotiating and closing deals with key stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and event workflows in a fast moving environment.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
