• Daily Team Management: Conduct daily huddles and check-ins to review previous day's results, set daily activity goals, and ensure team morale and focus.
• Pipeline and Forecasting: Actively monitor sales pipelines and CRM data to ensure data hygiene, accurate forecasting, and adherence to sales process standards.
• Performance Coaching: Conduct side-by-side coaching and call reviews to provide immediate, constructive feedback on sales techniques, scripts, and objection handling.
• Metric Accountability: Hold individual sales representatives accountable for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets.
• Incentive Planning: Assist management in the design and execution of sales incentives, contests, and recognition programs to drive motivation and competitive performance.
