Job Description

1. Network Building & Relationship Management (40%)

  • Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify, cold-call, and meet with premium interior design firms, architecture studios, and independent freelance designers across Phnom Penh and major provinces.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with designers. Serve as their dedicated, single point of contact for all FOTILE inquiries, project specifications, and technical support.
  • Brand Advocacy: Organize and host private showroom tours, product demonstrations, and exclusive networking mixers or cooking events designed specifically to educate the design community on FOTILE’s award-winning product aesthetics and advanced technology.

2. Market Intelligence & Data Collection (30%)

  • CRM & Data Mapping: Build, maintain, and systematically update a comprehensive database of active interior designers, freelance creatives, and design agencies in Cambodia.
  • Project Pipeline Tracking: Track designers' upcoming residential, condo, and commercial villa projects. Gather early-stage data regarding client kitchen layouts, budget scopes, and appliance timelines.

3. Sales Promotion & Project Specifying (30%)

  • Product Specification: Work closely with designers during their blueprint or 3D modeling phases to ensure FOTILE appliances are natively specified into their kitchen designs.
  • Incentive Program Management: Pitch and manage FOTILE's B2B referral programs, commissions, or design-partner tier benefits, ensuring transparent and highly motivating incentives for freelancers and firms.
  • Deal Closing: Coordinate with the internal operations and installation teams to seamlessly transition designer leads into finalized commercial quotes and successful deliveries for their end clients.

Job Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Highly Preferred: Direct experience working within the Cambodia luxury home decor, built-in furniture, real estate, construction material, or interior design industry.

Core Competencies & Soft Skills

  • Existing Network: An existing rolodex or active connection to local design communities and freelance networks in Phnom Penh is a massive advantage.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. You must be comfortable talking "design language" with creatives and "business value" with firm owners.
