Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

• Sales Enablement & Coaching:

    • Train and coach bank sales staff on RGI’s insurance products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Conduct regular branch visits to reinforce product and system knowledge.
    • Develop tailored coaching plans based on branch performance and staff capabilities

            •  Relationship Management

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with bank branch managers and frontline staff.
    • Act as the primary liaison between RGI and assigned WING Bank branches, ensuring alignment on sales goals and service standards.
    • Support joint marketing activities, customer events, and internal campaigns. 

            •  Performance Monitoring

    • Track branch-level insurance sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide feedback and actionable insights to both bank partners and internal RGI teams.
    • Celebrate wins and motivate teams through recognition and incentive alignment.

 

            •  Compliance & Brand Stewardship

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and RGI’s ethical standards.
    • Ensure RGI Branding and POSM is sufficient and available at all times at the branches to drive the business.
    • Uphold RGI’s brand values in every interaction, promoting trust, empathy, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree. Preferrable a degree in business, finance, or marketing. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in insurance or banking sales will be a plus.  
  • Self-motivated and target-driven. English language proficiency would be an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with CRM tools or digital platforms would be a plus.
