Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Safety:

  • Role model from use of PPE and Safe Behaviors,
  • Coordinate for HOC/5S/Safety audits
  • Participate in BBS tours

2. To leading the comply ISO procedures/work instructions and other quality assurance system as guidelines for all daily production operations

3. Identify, implement and minimize losses for brewing materials consumption, manpower and equipment efficiency, in order to achieve maximum cost effective according to indicated usage ratios.

4. Implement the daily transaction of ERP system related to all process.

5. Facilitate effective interaction among key team players. Engage, assist and support team members in shift.

6. Shift arrangement and job assignment in team member to meet production process objectives and requirement.

7. Monitor & Report overall production process by shift/line to meet required standards on safety, quality, and losses.

8. Supervise, coach team members on machine’s operation and basic equipment care process.

9. Discussion and lead team members (Malt/rice intake, Brewhouse, tank farm, and beer filtration) in trouble shooting/investigating process.

10. Deliver on time and accurate production report (material usages, losses, break down and ERP system) and issues analysis.

11. Fully compliance with related company policy and regulations in responsible areas.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Agro-Industry, Food Science Technology, Food Engineering or another related field
  • Knowledge of production process and food industry
  • Problem solving and decision making
  • Good team building
