A Good Opportunity for ..

  1. Assist workshop technical staff during day to day jobs
  2. Identify and help in diagnosing vehicle concerns
  3. Create documentations and tech staff about warranty processes and steps
  4. Raise TSR and GCR with complete documentation
  5. Review and rectify Technical write-up
  6. Talk to Service Advisor related to customer concerns and understand the real issue talk to technical Manager according to case need and seek support
  7. Ensure correct measure are followed before contacting the Technical Assistance Centre
  8. Need to be well aware of Manufacturer warranty and support term and update regularly.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma/ITI/vocational certificate in automotive
  2. Master technician with at least 3 years of post-certification work experience
  3. Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle concerns
  4. Accurate technical communications.
