Job Summary
Lead business growth for a fast-paced logistics and transport company in Phnom Penh. You will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support revenue expansion while working closely with operations to deliver reliable service.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to grow transportation and logistics business.
● Identify new clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term accounts.
● Manage key accounts and ensure service quality meets customer expectations.
● Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable business deals.
● Collaborate with operations teams to deliver smooth and timely service execution.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business decisions.
● Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and revenue targets regularly.
● Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and client visits.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or transport.
● Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth independently.
● Good understanding of logistics, freight, or transportation services is an advantage.
● Excellent communication skills in English; Khmer is an advantage.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.
● Manager-level experience with team coordination and client management preferred.
