• Identify and follow up on potential construction projects and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, developers, consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders.

• Introduce and promote the company’s profile, experience, capabilities, and construction services to potential clients.

• Meet with potential clients to understand their project requirements, plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Arrange meetings and coordinate discussions between potential clients and the company’s management and technical teams.

• Follow up with clients regarding project opportunities, proposals, quotations, tenders, and negotiations.

• Coordinate with Technical, Quantity Surveying, Tender, Finance, and Management teams to support project proposals and commercial discussions.

• Maintain an updated list of potential projects, client contacts, project status, and follow up actions.

• Monitor construction market activities, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities.

• Prepare regular business development reports for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, client relations, construction, or real estate is preferred.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in meeting and communicating with project owners and senior-level clients.

• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Good command of Khmer and English.

• Willing to travel and meet clients as required.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to prepare business development reports, client records, and project opportunity tracking.

• Basic understanding of the construction industry, construction projects, tendering, or project development is an advantage.
