Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Own the Group's consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury/liquidity management across all portfolio companies.
Act as principal financial advisor to the Chairman and Board, preparing Board-ready financial analysis, capital allocation recommendations, and investment committee papers.
Set Group-wide finance policies, internal controls, and chart of accounts standards, and oversee their consistent application across banking, MFI, trust and payments entities.
Direct capital raising, banking relationships, credit facilities, and investor/shareholder reporting
Guide financial due diligence, valuation, and structuring for new investments, acquisitions, or subsidiary restructurings.
Supervise and mentor Heads of Finance & Accounting across portfolio companies, ensuring alignment on reporting calendars, IFRS/local GAAP application, and audit readiness.
Oversee Group-wide risk management frameworks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, FX exposure
Partner with the Chairman's Office on strategic initiatives, board papers, and cross-entity governance matters.

Job Requirements

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior roles in banking, financial services, or a diversified investment group; multi-entity or group CFO experience strongly preferred.
Professional accounting/finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent); strong command of IFRS and consolidation accounting.
Familiarity with fintech, or payments businesses is a strong advantage
Proven ability to operate at Board level — comfortable preparing and presenting to a Chairman, Board of Directors, and institutional stakeholders.
Fluency in English required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency strongly preferred given the Group's ownership structure; Khmer is an advantage.
Experience working in or with Cambodia or a comparable emerging-market regulatory environment is a plus.
High personal integrity, discretion, and sound judgment, given the sensitivity of Group-wide financial and governance information.
