Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct site surveys for new openings / renovation and prepare architectural/construction drawings.
  • Prepare project designs, cost estimates (BOQ), and manage construction works.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. 
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Take responsibility for maintenance issues (e.g., stair repairs, wall cracks, water leaks, etc.)
  • Support interior works such as partitions, flooring, ceiling, and lighting layout for bank spaces.
  • Maintain systematic records and documentation for all construction and repair projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction (especially in commercial/office buildings).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Project, and quantity estimation tools.
  • Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
  • Good communication and reporting skills with the ability to work with contractors.
  • Willing to travel when required.
