  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Segment customer databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer behavior, track trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Generate regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and queries in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
