CLUBHOUSE SERVICE
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team and deliver excellent service at our clubhouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide friendly and professional service to clubhouse members and guests.
Handle inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with clubhouse bookings, facilities reservations, and membership inquiries.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth clubhouse operations.
Ensure the clubhouse facilities are well maintained and presentable.
Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively to ensure member satisfaction.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or higher.
Previous experience in customer service or clubhouse/hospitality is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
Friendly, courteous, and service-minded with a positive attitude.
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
