Job Summary
Customer Service Chinese Speaking at Orchid Group Hospital in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon. Support patients and clients with clear, professional communication in Chinese and English, while coordinating service needs in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
● Respond to patient and client inquiries in Chinese and English with professionalism
● Assist with appointment booking, service coordination, and follow-up communication
● Support sales and business development activities by handling client service needs
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and issue resolution
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient service and satisfaction
● Provide timely updates on services, procedures, and hospital information

Job Requirements

● Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
● Experience in customer service, healthcare, sales support, or a related field
● Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused, service-minded attitude
● Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and remain organized
● Good problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally
● Comfortable working in Phnom Penh, Chamkar Mon, in a hospital environment
● Basic computer skills and accuracy in handling records and documentation
