Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Customer Service Operations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and tenants
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about stores, promotions, services, and facilities
  • Record, follow up, and coordinate customer feedback or issues with relevant departments

2. Administrative Support

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare basic reports, letters, and documents related to operations and customer service

3. Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Manage front desk or information counter operations
  • Register visitors and maintain visitor logs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

4. Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Security, and Maintenance teams
  • Support mall/store activities, promotions, and events
  • Assist in tenant communication and operational notices

5. Compliance & Service Standards

  • Follow company policies, service standards, and procedures
  • Ensure customer service quality and company image are well maintained
  • Support service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.

Job Requirements

 

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, retail, or mall operations
  • Experience in retail stores, malls, hotels, or customer‑facing roles is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong service mindset may be considered
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good organization and multitasking abilities
  • Problem‑solving and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints professionally
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with customer service systems or POS is a plus
  • English: Basic to intermediate communication
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
  • Honest, responsible, and detail‑oriented
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
