Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals and market demand.
● Lead branding, digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to increase visibility and leads.
● Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to guide positioning and growth.
● Manage sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and conversion improvements across key projects.
● Oversee campaign planning, content direction, and agency or vendor coordination for delivery.
● Build, mentor, and inspire the marketing and sales team to achieve high performance and accountability.
● Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, product positioning, launches, and revenue plans.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
● 8+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with senior leadership exposure in real estate.
● Proven success in brand building, lead generation, sales growth, and strategic campaign execution.
● Strong understanding of real estate/property development markets, customer journeys, and competition.
● Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to use data and market insights to make decisions and optimize performance.
● Experience managing budgets, agencies, digital channels, and cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
