PONEA GROUP is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence and attract more fitness members through digital channels.

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
 

Job Responsible

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
•  Create engaging content for social media and online platforms
•  Manage social media pages and respond to online inquiries
•  Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns
•  Analyze digital marketing data and prepare reports
• Support brand awareness and online promotions

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Fitness, Gym, Health & Wellness, or Lifestyle industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Ads is an advantage.
• Photography or videography skills are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
•  Experience in digital marketing or social media management
•  Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and online marketing tools
•  Creative mindset with good communication skills
•  Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
