Content Creation: Design visually appealing photos, videos, reels, posters, and catalogs showcasing furniture collections and interior decor using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Platform Management: Plan and manage company social media channels (Facebook, TikTok…).
Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media and search campaigns (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) to capture leads.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like social media engagement to refine marketing strategies.
Respond promptly to online inquiries, direct messages, and phone calls from buyers, guiding them through product features and styling options.
Closing Sales: Drive customer interactions from initial inquiry to final order fulfillment and payment collection.
Showroom Support: Assist with showroom/display organization, visual merchandising, and staging furniture pieces to maintain an aesthetic retail environment.
Customer Follow-Up: Build strong post-purchase relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics or warehouse team.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in retail sales, digital marketing, or social media management—preferably within the furniture, home goods, or interior design industry
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager. Proficiency in basic design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop).
