Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Monitor and manage daily operations of outpatient digital platforms (appointment booking, and mobile apps).
  • Troubleshoot issues faced by patients and staff using digital tools.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve system errors and ensure uptime.
  • Guide patients in using digital services such as online registration, mobile check-in, and digital payments.
  • Collect feedback from patients on digital services and recommend improvements.
  • Support integration of new technologies into outpatient processes.
  • Generate reports on digital service usage, patient adoption, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT systems, digital health, or hospital operations.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS/EMR) and digital health platforms.
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and user support to explain digital tools to non technical users.
  • Analytical skills for data reporting and problem solving.

Working conditions:

  • Working days: 5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week (rotation).
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Based on your performance
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
