Corporate Secretarial Provide efficient and reliable corporate secretarial services by ensuring proper administration of Board/Committee meetings and Management meetings in accordance with relevant regulations − and internal policy; Provide administrative support for completion of documentation of Board/Committee meetings and Management Meeting agenda items and invitation letters; Complete the reports that require inputs from all concerned management and take the minutes for Board/Committee meetings and Management meetings; Work with concerned departments to schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, including registration and travel arrangements as necessary; Arrange accommodations and logistics for directors and various other stakeholders who might require; Translate any documents as required by relevant departments or government institutions; Support management with interpretation during field visits. Internal Compliance Maintain and update a list of registered shareholders, directors, and other board committee members; Review Terms of Reference of the Board/Board Committee and Management Committees; Ensure that all policies and procedures are duly approved by the CEO and/or the Board; Support in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and activities to prevent illegal, unethical, and/or inappropriate conduct; Support in continuous education and staff development; Perform other tasks and job assignments related to the secretary aspect and any other urgent tasks that might be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Support patients in room allocation, facility requests, and service needs. Coordinate with nursing, medical, billing, housekeeping, and other departments to resolve patient needs. Handle patient or family concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor. Support hospital initiatives to improve patient satisfaction in IPD.
