Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the overall operation and performance of the HGB One mobile application.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies for ecommerce and service operations.
  • Supervise ecommerce catalogue listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and content quality.
  • Coordinate platform advertising activities and sponsored placements.
  • Oversee creation and publication of platform content and promotional materials.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, order management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate workshop onboarding and maintain accurate service center information. 
  • Ensure integration and synchronization between the mobile application and internal systems, including ERP and financial platforms.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, customer engagement metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants, workshops, dealers, service providers, and partners.
  • Prepare management reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for new services, platform enhancements, and revenue streams.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate ecommerce and service operations teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in ecommerce operations, marketplace management, automotive services, or digital platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into business decisions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, service operations, or customer support environments is an advantage. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
