- Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, permits, equipment, and on-site setup.
2. Brand Experience & Engagement
- Ensure all events deliver a premium and consistent Vespa brand experience.
- Work with creative and digital teams to develop event materials, visuals, and content.
- Engage customers and guests during events to strengthen brand loyalty and awareness.
3. Budget & Reporting
- Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track event KPIs (attendance, leads, media coverage, customer feedback) and provide post-event reports and insights.
4. Collaboration & Partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, PR, dealers) to align event objectives.
- Build partnerships with lifestyle brands, sponsors, and media to enhance event reach and visibility.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all events comply with company policies, legal, and safety requirements.
- Manage risk assessments and contingency plans for each event.
