Job Description

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and manage brand positioning and product portfolio strategy.
  • Plan and manage product launches, marketing campaigns, and the annual marketing calendar.
  • Manage and control the annual marketing budget and ensure strong ROI.
  • Allocate budget across ATL, BTL, digital, and activation activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and brand performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across all channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team and set clear KPIs.
  • Manage external agencies, suppliers, media partners, and influencers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with Finance on budget control and ROI tracking.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure launch readiness.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management review.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of FMCG marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in brand management and product launches.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Khmer.
