An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in Purchasing Activities: Overseeing the purchasing activities within an company. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that purchases are made in accordance with company policies and budget constraints.
  • Assist in Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies while minimizing excess inventory. This involves forecasting demand,monitoring inventory levels, and working closely with other departments to optimize inventory management processes.
  • Assist in Budgeting and Cost Control: Budgeting and cost control activities related to purchasing. This may include developing purchasing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to help the organization achieve its financial goals.
  • Assist in Inventory and Fixed Asset Count.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensures that purchasing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. This includes ensuring that purchasing decisions are made ethically,
  • following procurement guidelines, and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

Job Requirements

  • BBA or Master in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Essential 2 years previous experience in similar relevant position jobs.
  • MS Office and Software:
  • Accounting system, Excel, Word, Internet, Email, any applicable system.
