Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise and review all import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and permits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor ETD/ETA schedules and keep shipment logs updated, providing regular updates to management and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with brokers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
  • Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and discrepancies by liaising with relevant partners and authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian import regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of all shipments, costs, and customs clearances.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff or officers involved in import documentation and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian import regulations and international trade compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the food import industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
