Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Manage all export and import activities for garment raw materials, trims, accessories, machinery, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities.
• Ensure all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Form D, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and company policies.
• Handle customs clearance issues and resolve shipment delays.
• Control logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead and coach the Export/Import team and prepare KPI reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export/Import operations within a garment manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade documentation.
• Good command of English communication and report writing.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
