• Manage all export and import activities for garment raw materials, trims, accessories, machinery, and finished goods. • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities. • Ensure all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, Form D, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time. • Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers. • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade agreements, and company policies. • Handle customs clearance issues and resolve shipment delays. • Control logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. • Lead and coach the Export/Import team and prepare KPI reports.
• Supervise marker making and CAD operations to ensure optimal fabric utilization. • Review marker efficiency and fabric consumption before production. • Coordinate with Planning, Cutting, and Production teams regarding marker requirements. • Analyze fabric wastage and implement improvement actions. • Ensure marker accuracy according to buyer specifications. • Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance.
• Manage garment laboratory operations including color fastness, shrinkage, and physical testing. • Supervise color matching and shade approval processes. • Ensure all testing complies with buyer and international standards. • Investigate testing failures and implement corrective actions. • Maintain laboratory equipment calibration and records. • Prepare test reports and communicate results to relevant departments.
• Lead cutting operators to achieve daily production targets. • Ensure fabric spreading and cutting are performed accurately. • Monitor fabric utilization and control wastage. • Verify cutting quality before bundling and issuance. • Coordinate with PPC and Sewing departments to support production schedules. • Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
• Develop cutting plans based on production schedules and delivery requirements. • Coordinate with Warehouse, Cutting, and Sewing departments. • Monitor WIP and cutting output performance. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. • Ensure material availability before cutting commencement. • Support production planning and capacity analysis.
