Job Description

  • Ensure all inventory and stock management are maintained accurately.
  • manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock
  • maintain stock records using manual or computerized systems
  • Observe the correct stock receiving
  • Have a working knowledge of Stock to ensure accurate stock management.
  • coordinate warehousing and inventory functions
  • Maintain store/product standards as described in our product standard manual; this includes stock management, cleaning shelf/stock presentation.
  • Maintain good working relationships with your manager and your peer.
  • Other work as directed by Manager/Director.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting or a similar skill.
  • At least 2 or more years of work experience of real estate/private Company.
  • Experience in managing inventory, or abilities to learn this skill and delegation skills.
  • Competent in operation of the purchasing, Ms. Office.
  • Enjoy clerical and administrative activities
  • Abilities to perform the role and be at work at agreed times.
  • Good planning and numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Aptitude for working with computer systems
  • Able to pay attention to detail.
