  • Assist the Finance Manager in day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning.
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and a collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
