Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports and statements by gathering data and updating standard templates (e.g., in Excel or financial software).
  • Help process and post basic journal entries, expense reports, and account reconciliations (like bank and balance sheet reconciliations) to support the month-end closing process.
  • Help maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets used for yearly budgeting and rolling forecasts.
  • Organize, file, and maintain financial records, invoices, contracts, and other documentation to ensure easy retrieval during audits and internal reviews.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into the company's accounting or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

  • Fresh or year 3/4 student
  • Able to work full-time job (8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Half Saturday)
  • Able to speak  English well
  • Good at Ms. office
  • Male/Female is preferred
