Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Perform monthly bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
Review and verify all receipts from the Head Office and branches.
Review internal request forms prior to management approval.
Process payments to suppliers and generate payment vouchers.
Develop and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
Issue invoices for the Head Office and all company branches and ensuring timely collection.
Ensure documentation accuracy for all financial transactions.
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the CEO.
