Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure all financial reports are completed within the agreed time frames and free error and ensure that appropriate commentaries are included where necessary to explain variances.
  • Coordinate with branch on processing petty cash and other request
  • Processing payment voucher with SLA
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment vouchers, cash advances and cash settlements
  • Perform general-ledger data entry for all payments
  • Prepare and verify about cheque issue and fund transfer and obtain and print signatures on all cheques
  • Guide and feedback on payment request to requesters
  • Prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation for monthly
  • Prepare all necessary forms and documents for tax filings
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and computer applications.
  • Excellent reconciliation skills.
  • Effective teamwork and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
  • High level of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
