Job Summary
Financial Advisor at AIA Cambodia. Build trusted client relationships, assess financial needs, and present suitable insurance solutions that help customers protect their future and achieve long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
● Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, and market activities.
● Conduct client consultations to understand needs, financial goals, and protection priorities.
● Recommend suitable AIA products and solutions with clear, ethical, and accurate guidance.
● Follow up with prospects and existing clients to support policy sales and retention.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service quality.
● Prepare sales reports, update client records, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Experience in sales, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage.
● Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
● Good understanding of insurance or financial products is a plus.
● Proficiency in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
● Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
