We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company's freight and logistics solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote the company's freight forwarding services, including air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing solutions.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers in line with company policies.
  • Conduct sales visits, customer presentations, and business meetings.
  • Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements

1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, customs brokerage, or supply chain sales.
Fluent in Khmer (spoken and written).
Good to excellent English communication skills.
Experience in customer acquisition, quotation preparation, and client relationship management.
Familiarity with sea freight, air freight, and/or cross-border trucking services.
Ability to visit customers and conduct sales meetings independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
