Set up in 2018, we are the 1st Hair, & Facial Spa focused on herbal based skin and hair care in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We have since grown from a 6 bedded spa to over 25 beds situated in 2 locations. Our services have also expended to include body care and hot stones massage.

The job includes welcoming and assisting guests, answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail/packages, maintaining the reception area's tidiness, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, organizational skills, and professionalism, as the officer is the first point of contact for an organization. Key Responsibilities Guest & Visitor Management: Greet visitors, manage access, and direct them to the appropriate therapist. Communication: Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries via phone, social media, or in person. Administrative Support: Handle incoming & outgoing mail/deliveries, maintain office inventory & perform clerical duties. Scheduling: Update calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and other reservations. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure reception area is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Security: Follow safety procedures and control access to the spa.
Prepare and deliver training and practical demonstrations on massage therapy techniques Develop and update curriculum based on current industry standards Assess trainee progress through examinations and practical demonstrations Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance trainees’ learning experience Maintain records of trainee attendance and academic performance Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment Stay current with the latest advancements in massage therapy practices and integrate them into teaching materials Mentor students and offer guidance and advice
The Social Media Specialist develops and executes social media strategies, creates and publishes engaging content across platforms, monitors and analyzes performance metrics, and engages with online communities to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop & implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and schedule diverse content, including text, images, and videos, to captivate the target audience. Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community dialogue and user engagement. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies. Campaign Management: Manage organic & paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and reach. Brand Consistency: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Reputation Management: Assist with crisis management by monitoring and responding to negative news or bad reviews appropriately.
