An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Work with team to create concept, design and execute digital experiences around key brand and marketing initiatives.
Create custom graphics and animations for our email, social media, and web channels and other digital marketing campaigns.
Present ideas and explain design decisions.
Develop, update, and maintain presentations in InDesign and Power point.
Create and prepare templates for proper printing and coordinate with printing house on artwork if needed.
Design occasional print collateral and makeup cases.
Assist in ad hoc day-to-day creative needs.
Constantly research the latest trends in design and communication and lead test- and-learn efforts

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related discipline.
Traditional drawing and fine art skills.
3 years as a graphic designer.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) on Windows platform.
Knowledge of 4-color printing and prepress.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Candidate is a team player who thrives on collaboration.
Ability to take direction and balance and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Must create innovative solutions and also work within template guidelines.
Quickly grasps new concepts and technologies and adapts to changes and demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid understanding of composition, grids, typography and color.
