- Control the hatchery production in terms of quality, duration and cost as specified in the production plan.- Taking care of chick health, determining and planning monthly production, estimating feed, drug and vaccine.- Watch out for and take measures to prevent the epidemic outbreak as jointly determined with the veterinarian.
