Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Launch:

• Lead the end-to-end commercialization of new and existing Enterprise products.
• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define target markets, customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Monitor launch performance and optimize market adoption.

Product Marketing:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to increase awareness, demand, and customer adoption.
• Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales collateral.
• Ensure consistent branding and customer communication across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing on integrated marketing initiatives.

Sales Enablement:

• Equip the Sales team with tools, content, and training to effectively position and sell Enterprise solutions.
• Develop sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, proposal templates, product collateral, ROI calculators, and sales presentations.
• Deliver ongoing product knowledge and sales enablement programs.

Product Performance Management:

• Own the commercial performance monitoring of the Enterprise product portfolio.
• Track key performance indicators including:
• Revenue and profitability
• Pipeline contribution
• Product adoption
• Customer acquisition
• Win/loss rates
• Cross-sell and upsell performance
• Campaign effectiveness
• Sales forecasting accuracy
• Develop executive dashboards and recommend strategies to improve product performance.

Demand Generation & Marketing Campaigns:

• Lead integrated demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and market awareness.
• Oversee product launches, digital marketing campaigns, customer events, industry exhibitions, executive briefings, webinars, roadshows, and lead generation initiatives.
• Measure campaign ROI and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.

Market & Customer Insights:

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitor activities, and buying behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable commercial insights to Product Development and Executive Management to support future product enhancements and business strategies.

Executive Reporting & Commercial Strategy:

• Prepare executive reports and dashboards on product performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, market trends, and customer adoption.
• Present strategic recommendations to Executive Leadership to drive business growth and commercial excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Commercial Excellence, Enterprise Marketing, or Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in the Telecommunications, ICT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, System Integration, or Enterprise Technology industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B GTM strategies, product commercialization, demand generation, sales enablement, and product performance management that drive revenue growth and market adoption.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into effective business strategies and measurable results.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using performance metrics, dashboards, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Customer-centric, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
